It’s March, and that means that it is less than a month to the Olympic Park Run. I’ve been back out training and my injury seems to be recovering well. I ran 8km (5miles) in the spring sunshine today in 45 minutes so my target of a sub-40 minute time for the Olympic Park Run looks possible.
The 5 mile route was announced today and I’m starting to get pretty excited about the whole thing. It takes in all the major Olympic venues and finishes with a lap of the track in the Olympic Stadium.
