It seems likely (unless someone comes up with another name) that our alt worship project at Murrayfield Churches Together in Edinburgh will be known as ‘Together’, drawing on the joint nature of the project but also the commitment to forming a worshiping community drawn from each of the churches involved and people in the community around them.
The first Together will take place on Sunday 28th October at Saughtonhall United Reformed Church with a cafe from 5.30pm and our worship from 6pm until around 7pm.
We’re working on a theme but ‘seeds’ came up in our last discussion and I like that as a theme for a first event.
