I’ve been leading for over 30 years in churches, community projects and health care settings and I want to share what I’ve learned with you. Leading can be a difficult and sometimes lonely place, especially in the middle of big changes. You’re not alone.

Leadership

So many of us want to be great leaders. That’s a brilliant place to start… but it can also be the place we get stuck. We want to be better but we don’t know how. I’ve gathered some valuable learning along the way and I want to share it with you.

Last year I completed a study I called ‘Leadership Matters’ for a Masters in Contemporary Christian Leadership. I have a Degree in Community Education and another Masters in Social Research to go with my diploma in Theology for Ministry. You can read ‘Leadership Matters’ here.
