Thanks for the plug! Inspiration came during a life science lecture on blood typing which was actually very interesting. Thought B+ was more me so it’s my new ‘thing’. Over the last few months I’ve noticed that if you’re surrounded with people who constantly complain, whine and bleat on about quite frankly nothing it spreads like a disease and makes everyone sick so I’m trying to change the tide a bit with some positive thoughts!
