One Response to “ICC Media and Power”
  1. David says:

The media… there seems to be little doubt in my mind that the media have a wholly secular agenda. Any attempt to bring something remotely Christian to their attention, as I have done, is met with either parody or dismissed as being extremely wacky. In my case I was dismissed as being something of a right wing fundamentalist and a Biblical literalist, when all I had dared to do was point out a logical inconsistency that completely undermined a perfectly good and interesting programme.
Check out the Christian characters in soaps and there are all chararicatures. It’s ok to poke fun at Christians, (even expected) but I don’t see too many Muslims being portrayed in the same light. Or am I being too paranoid and cynical ?
