Training Week 9/10

Sorry for the late post… It’s been a busy week.  Good, but busy.  Fitting in the runs has been a struggle but I’ve managed most of them (I missed the short run on Thursday).

I’m almost halfway though!

My ‘running week’ ends on a Monday with the long run.  This week my training has changed a little.  My long run was 70 minutes and it looks as though as this increases the other runs will adjust so I’m not running too far over the week.

I’ve broken some barriers today.  I’ve run just over 250km burning 20,000 calories.

Each Monday I get an email from miCoach telling me what’s in store for the week:
